Not much to do but drive in circles unless you are able to unlock missions. Graphics were dark.

I got this game for my eight-year-old nephew, and according to him it’s, “the best racing game ever.”

I love the old Indy races with such heavy hitters like Johnny Rutherford they bring back such great memories. It is set from 1961-1971. This game is very realistic not some dumb cartoon. It has flaming crashes, rolling tires, spinning cars, oil slicks to name a few. Driving the old cars is great. The old rules apply too. It can be a little challenging at times but its very realistic.

The tough part is to unlock the good stuff you have to beat the challenges. It can be time consuming. I just want to get to the good stuff right away.

The graphics can kind of glitch when running 2 player mode. Not too bad but its better with one player.

Cool cars, cool action. You can set this up to be easy or as challenging as you like. Not the stupid racing with cartoon cars and cartoon drivers. I’ve raced this as a PC game, and when I heard it was coming out for the Wii, I couldn’t wait, and certainly wasn’t disappointed!

I grew up in Speedway close to the track in the 60’s when this game is primarily set. It’s great! Each year the cars get faster and easier to steer, you get to pick your favorite drivers, like Foyt, Parnelli Jones, and more. It’s got regular races and challenges to keep you moving through the game. Lot’s of racing games are just unrealistic and cartoonish–this is more real.
