This is by far the best fishing game to come home on ANY system. I’ve played all the fishing games out there (and own most of them). This game gives instant enjoyment, you can see fish in the water to know where to cast but can’t tell the size until you cast. It has great underwater shots and plenty of jumping out shots as well. tournament mode unlocks more lures and gives trophys. there is no online mode or I’d never stop playing. If you like to fish and have to be inside on a rainy or winter day, then you have to buy this game.

This is by far the best fishing game for the Wii. It is very realistic and my 6 year old granddaughter just loves it. We’ve had it for about a month and it is the only game she will play.

Highly recommend this game for all ages.

The boys in our family are avid fisherman and they really enjoy this game. There are a lot of different options for play and every time they fish it seems like there are new fish to catch in new places on the “map”.

This is supposed to be a basic, arcade style fishing game for the family to play. One assumes an adult or child could pick it up and catch fish with little practice. This is not the case; not even close. The controls are so slow and unresponsive that after about 4 hours of playing time, I still am lucky to catch even 10% of the fish I hook. Why make a family arcade game so hard? I have had at least 5 other people, from rookies to expert gamers try to catch fish and no one seems to be able to master the action. If you enjoy watching fish after fish break off, then I guess you would enjoy this title. You can be critical of my review if you want, but if you are buying this game for the 8-15 year old crowd, then buyer beware in my book. The game will end up collecting dust!
